Well forget the bike...its going back to the store tonight...hopefully we will find another one. I thought it was fine but Adam said it didn't have a "free wheel???" which i didn't know what it was until he explained it to me...basically what it is, is when you are peddling real fast and you stop the pedals stop too...the bike i bought, the pedals don't stop and you would either have to pull your feet up, or break your foot! So, he said its no good and we have to pick out the right one....and i will order the treadmill too tonight....that is on backorder until March 23rd....oh well....
Had a full body CRIT today....it was good....except i ran out of time so i couldnt do my ending cardio.....but im going to go back after work for more cardio....i really like the 90/30 split...it really makes the time go by a lot faster.....and i sweat more....oh and i hit 9.0mph too! YAY!
On another note...i can't wait till the Expo! I cant wait to meet April!!! And Tina and Sundie..and Beka...and ooh, who else??? Im excited!!! The only thing that i was bitching to April about this morning is that i just wish that i looked better....i am going to be around all these hot bodies and here is me.....a moo cow!! its all my fault i know....im the one who does all the wrong things and fucks everything up.....and not working out for 3 weeks and eating everything in sight during my honeymoon didn't help...so please girls, dont think badly of me.....I was saying to Adam that April is going to look at me and say to herself "does this girl really work out, cause i can't tell..."
I have been back on track since i got back from my honeymoon...but i dont look any better...so please dont think im a fraud when you see me....i really do work out!!! LOL!!
And i am doing this comp! Come hell or high water....i will do my darnest to be the best that i can be!!! And if going to the Arnold and seeing all those fit hot pros doesn't motivate me...nothing will!!!

Don't beat yourself up. I think everyone thinks they look worse than they really do. Just keep pushing yourself and you will look amazing on the stage!

Nobody who reads this blog thinks you're something you're not.
You look amazing, and nobody who you are planning to meet would think anything but the best about you, as there's nothing bad to say.
Yes occasional laspes on the lifestyle happen, but compared to millions of people, who have the ability to do what you do and can't be bothered, you're head and shoulders above them.
So don't be so mean to yourself like this. You are NOT a Moo Cow yeah, and you NEVER will be :-) :-).
