Happy Friday!!
I didn't get up for cardio this morning but i had a pretty decent chest/leg workout at the gym :)
I was on Gina Aliotti's website this morning and i just got really inspired by Gina of course, but also from 2 of the girls who gina trains...Nikki and Jessica. Both girls are competing but they just have this tremendous outlook and they are so happy and focused and excited...and it is totally contageous! Just reading it, I feel really good today...happy and ready to tackle the weekend :)
Her post today was about discipline....i copied a part of it.....
"Discipline is a matter of controlling the mind and choosing the action that is going to benefit you in the long run. By choosing your actions you can choose your results. By choosing your actions you can choose the life you create for yourself. Remember, we all are in control and have the power. Discipline is something that should not be looked at as a burden but as an opportunity to test yourself, grow and experience the power you have of self control and personal self awareness."
How perfect is that????
14 weeks out tomorrow!!!! So excited to do this....and do it right.....no going backwards! Full steam ahead!

Angela, you are pumped up this time around! I feel your energy. I've been following your blog for a while so I know you've struggled before but you seem to be in a really great place this time. I've got my eye on you so you HAVE to keep up the great work!!! ;-) Have a great Friday and terrific weekend! To your continued success!!
You CAN do this, but you have to be constantly aware of what it takes and never let anything that shouldn't get in the way.
Good luck.
:-) :-).

99 days! Woohoo! You are motivating too! It is nice to know someone who is going to be doing the same show. :)
What a great message from Gina! It's a wonderful message to post on the refrigerator, bulletin board by your desk, on the bathroom mirror ... :) I love your enthusiasm and motivation, girl! Keep up the great work!
