Its Monday! The weekend went by way to fast....and nothing fun to really show for it.
Im tired and cranky today. Dont know why either.
I got up and did EMC for 30 minutes and then hit the gym where i absolutely killed my legs! That was good...but now im all mushy....im making myself mad at my own mood! LOL!
I will be 8 weeks out this Saturday.....i am so nervous that i wont even be close to being ready. Already im self doubting myself!!! I have to stop this! Positive Positive Positive!!!!
I just wanted to give a shout out to Cynthia!!! You did it...you got the pro card!!!! YAY!!!
i will write more later.....im going to go and tan now..maybe that will make me feel better :)

Stop doubting yourself! YOU CAN DO IT!
=)
Tanning always makes me feel better. And Stef is right. you have to BELIEVE. That's 1/2 the battle.
Yes, we all BELIEVE in YOU, YOU need to believe too!!! You are going to be GORGEOUS on stage, YOU WILL BE!!!
I believe in you Angela. Keep going!
OF COURSE you can! Trust yourself, your trainer and just do it girl.
You ARE human and the Body WILL respond..:)plus look at all the women you are currently inspiring...many many on tracker.
:)
Did you read my Diva Blog post about fighting for me...well that doubt...oh it so got in my way the first go around...the changes I made between my two shows were totally because the doubt was gone...and I'm not doubting anymore, it's just gone...I wish I could tell you when or how that light bulb moment happened when it all started to click into place, but the changes won't happen if you are doubting!! You just have to know...know that you will get on that stage, you will do everything within your power to fight for what you want...even when it gets tough...it's only 8 weeks, you just have to believe and push for 8 more weeks...WE ALL BELIEVE IN YOU....WE ALL BELIEVE IN YOU, and your amazing trainer will get you there...you just have to do as he says!! It's so worth it, I promise!!
Keep pushing yourself, and GOOD LUCK :-) :-).
Matt
You can DO this, girlfriend! ;) I feel cranky when I kill my legs too... so, the "low" feeling and moodiness is just temporary! Keep training HARD! It's worth it! :)
Hugs!
