Today was chest..not my favorite to do but i worked it ;)
I had to do upper pulley flies and for some reason, whenever i do them i feel like a big gorilla man...LOL! I dont know why..i just see these guys all the time doing them and i guess i associate doing that exercise with that...call me strange???
I added some push ups and some abs and plyos in there as well. Gotta get my butt in gear...time is a tickin....
I am really excited about this though....my head is in the game and there is no going back :)
