Im hungry....its only 10:45 am......how on earth am i going to make it all day?

Quite easily. One possible way if you're allowed, is to make the shakes with Skimmed milk instead of Water, and thicken them up a bit, and then your Protein intake is increased, and should make you feel a bit fuller.
