Need clothes?

Do you see how big my work pants are?

I look so frumpy. I took this in my work's bathroom....you can tell how much i feel like working today. Still have a LONG way to go, and a lot more to lose....i need smaller clothes, so i dont look like a bag lady!

I am so tired. Yesterday, just before i was about to leave work for the day, the friggin fire alarm goes off and there was apparently a fire somewhere....well 15 minutes of waiting, i head down the stairs...im on the 32nd floor mind you.....my legs were rubber by the time i got down to the ground. There is a Salad Works in my building and something must have caught fire...jackasses! And to top off my tired legs...guess what my workout was this morning???? LEGS! You have no idea how i could just collapse right now.

Have you seen your midriff area? You look wonderful.

Just a polite observation.

I respectfully think you're being too hard on yourself. I know for the individual it's their body, they have to live with it 24/7, but I think given how hard you've worked for this, and the effort you've put in, I think you should be proud, and you should take some time ot praise yourself, and pat yourself on the back.

What you wanted to do was never easy, even if it wasn't quite like budging 60lb's of stubborn weight, it is still hard to want about 15-20 lb's to go away, and it does require a lot of emotional, and physical time, to get things right, and you've more than earned some stripes for this, and you've earned a right to feel good about your results, and what you've done.

Bearing in mind, you didn't look bad to start off with, and again, another polite observation, but you do have a really radient, glowing face. You are in all truth a woman with wonderful looks, and that definitely helps to "accentuate the positive", so I say, give yourself some time to be proud of what you've done, keep loving yourserlf, and sure, don't be happy or extatic with your results, until you feel ready to do that, but I think you might be being a little tough on yourself, and you don't want that to have a negative impact.

I feel pride for you, and I'm really happy for you. Your results are superb, and your attitude has been pretty much A1 from the word go, and you CAN make the remaining results come good.

You're an inspiring and really lovely individual, so be strong, chin up, walk tall, and keep smiling.

You deserve to, and anything you do in life, right now I'd back you 100% to make it happen.

I'm certainly proud to support someone like you, and that choice is not one I think I'll ever regret for a moment.

WELL DONE for all your great results, and GOOD LUCK, making the rest of it happen.

You CAN and you WILL :-) :-).

Best wishes, and have a brilliant day Angela. You're a really great warm, and "human" person, so be more gentle on yourself okay :-).

:-) :-).

We are so much alike it is weird. I have baggy work pants to that I just can't part with. I feel like if they fit then I am fat? That didn't make much sense but I think you know what I mean.

You are doing such a great job it is time to go by some cute little clothes!!
