I didn't realize that i haven't written since thursday! Time flies when your having fun i guess :)

Nothing really new here. I had chest today and legs yesterday....and im feeling them both, which is good....and just for the record, today starts week 21 that i have been with Big T...i cant believe its been this long already and that i have stuck with it and still enjoy it :)

I wanted to give a high five to my girl April who is getting better and better every day! Way to GO! We are at the same weight now and its game on! I have to try and keep up with her, but its going to be hard, due to the fact that she is doing an extra 45 minutes of cardio a day! But i shall try my best!

Adam's work is having a "picnic" day at the waterpark on Saturday in Wildwood.....that should be fun...im excited about that...the only thing im dreading is not having met any of these people that he works with and then meeting them in a bathing suit! BLECH! I would have much rather have met them all fully clothed!

And now he just told me that he has to go to Washington DC for training from August 6-10th. I may take the train later in the week and meet him down there. But it depends upon where the hotel and the training is taking place. I even mentioned on taking Angelica with me and then i would take her to the white house and washington monument etc....while he was in training...but he has to find out first where everything is.....

It is way to hot here! Its 95 with a heat index of like 105! I had to take my doggie over to my moms because i only have wall unit air conditioners and it would be too hot for him to stay in the house all day....so he is visiting grammy!

I guess thats all i got right now....i gotta do more cardio tonight!!! Gotta love extra cardio! I hope it makes a difference!
