Today was shoulders and biceps! Fun....i really got to get my butt going and do more cardio! I wanted to do extra last night but my girlfriend Sherri came over for dinner, so of course she hung out and we had coffee and watched tv all night. So that went out the window!
I really need to call Tony and see what is going on. I dont think i have spoken to him since May!
I can't wait to go on vacation in two weeks! I am sooo looking forard to it. I definitely have to talk to Tony about that because i dont know how my eating and exercise schedule is going to work.
I was looking up things to do in DC and everything is basically free. All the museums, the zoo, the aquarium, all free! Gotta love that! I was looking to see if the Washington Nationals were playing the Phillies that week..that would have been fun to do one night...but they are playing them the week after we leave :(
I want to try and go and tan too tonight...im losing all my color!

Oooo, I'm so excited for your trip. I lived in Washington DC and it was so much fun. I can't wait to take my son when he is older.

You'll have a great time in DC! and you'll do great on vacation - just shot to maintain and if you do gain a pound or two, they come back off really quickly once you get back. I hear ya on the Tony talk thing, sometimes it seems pretty hit or miss.
