Just wanted to check in and say hi....im on vacation in Washington DC with Adam and Angelica. We got here yesterday afternoon and we are here until friday. Eating is not great, of course and i will be on detox when i get back! Today we went to the Smithsonian Castle, the Museum of Natural History and Science..and we saw the Capital and the Washington Monument and the White House...i will share some pics when i get home....
Weird thing...there are Starbucks everywhere...but they close at like 7:00-8:00!! I wonder why??? I want coffee after dinner...and i cant get a damn cup...LOL!!

It sounds like you are enjoying your trip. Don't beat yourself up, it is so hard for me to stay on my diet when on vacation. When you get back you will just have to hit the cardio extra hard.
Probably as well with the Cofee. I've never understood the attraction of Coffee.
