Monday: legs
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday: shoulders/biceps
Thursday: triceps/abs
Friday: back and abs
I have workout sheets everywhere! I really have to get organized and put them all into the binder....im such a slob!

I was reading Monica Brant's email that she sends out...i cannot believe that she didn't even place in the top 6 at the Olympia! She is incredible...i dont know how she didn't place! I guess all the younger gals are moving on in.....that sucks!

Beautiful picture! Yes, lets get that wedding behind you so you can start concentrating on competing with me in 2008;) I just put together a binder and I bought the clear plastic page covers to protect every precious Tony workout! The Covers of the binder I placed the Arnold picture and pictures of Stacy, Beka, April, and some of the other Codiva's on tracker! My son said, "Mom why do you have this book with ladies in their swimsuits all over it!" Because your Mom is going to look like that someday soon! It was fun to put together!

Angela, what can I say, but you reuly look amazing. You look slim, healthy, glowing, and totally radient, and you look like a shining vision of a proper lady.
You've put a lot into this, and it's paid off. You looked great before, you look glorious now.
WELL DONE. Adam is marrying a wonderful, warm and inspiring woman / lady. You both will be perfect together, and you deserve to feel on top of the world. You really have done a stirling job, I just feel so much pride for your efforts Angela.
Keep up the hard work, and don't you ever say anything bad about yourself again. If this photo proves anything, it proves you have nothing to feel negative about, and you are doing all the right things.
Sending you a BIG PAT ON THE BACK, and to say how much reading about your efforts, and particularly seeing the fruits of your labours, really inspires me.
You are always a positive talisman, and someone who can make me smile inside, and connects with me on an an emotional level too.
Thanks for all, that your results and progress mean to others too, and you definitely are a wonderful rolemodel, for any female to look up to, regardless of your start point and theirs.

I was shocked about Monica too...but perhaps she has had her hay day....She has been at the top for a very long time.
