I am going to order a smaller heeled shoe though. I sooo cannot walk in the 5 inch at all!!! There was this woman walking down the street today along side me and she had these heels on they were so high...and she was walking fast! I was going to say something to her that i was astonished that she could walk that well in such high heels but i think she would have thought i was crazy...LOL!
I had a back workout today....i really need to start seeing some muscles!!!! I know they are there....somewhere...underneath the blubber...LOL!
I got 50 minutes of extra in last night too....my foot is hurting me....not sure what is wrong...i think its either the support in my shoe or the way my foot leans or hits the ground when i walk. It feels like i need to crack it? it doesnt feel pulled and it doesnt hurt when i walk, only when i run. Maybe i will have to lay off doing intervals for a few days.
Flyers playoffs start tonight!!!! LETS GO FLYERS!!!!

Why stop the Treadmil stuff. If you have a foot issue on Treads, go on an Exercise Bike.
Should be able to get a hard workout on those with pretty much no weightbearing on the Feet :-) :-)
