Hello! Well its day 3 without my hubby :( I miss him even though he is a PITA (pain in the ass)..LOL! Just jokes.....i want him to come home!!!!!
Eating has been perfect, workouts great--i actually felt leaner yesterday and got on the scale.....116.2...so im down another pound..yay!!!!
I had shoulders today....i hope one day i will have that shoulder cap thing going on....that would be cool!
It is so hard trying to balance everyday life situations and working out. For example...my mom is having dinner tonight and my sister and brother-in-law and the baby are coming over, along with my brother and his girlfriend and their new baby. So 1) i cant eat what they all eat, so i have to bring my food and 2) i still have to get an hour of cardio in...so what do i do? Do i go early and eat there with them all, and then leave or do i do my cardio as soon as i get home and then just go over and hang out for a bit?? Its nerveracking trying to please everyone all the time. I was talking to adam on the phone about it, and he was just like "why are you going to run around all night just to go over your moms for an hour?" Well its the only way i get to see the babies!!! Especially my brother's baby, because i go over my sisters all the time....but i dont see Al's at all...so i guess now when they are there i feel like im obligated to visit.
I know its not a serious dilema but these are just things that come up and creates a kink in my schedule, ya know?
Oh, and let me just make a note of the fact that the pain that i had in my calfs after wearing those stupid 5 inch heels!!! OMG!!! It still hurts....i dont know what i am going to do.....i better keep practicing on them or i will be a cripple by the time the show is here.

5 inch heels?!! I feel for you there! I feel it in the calves and feet when I do 3 inches, I can't even imagine five.
It is tough to squeeze in what you really want/need to do and get in visits to family/friends, appointments, etc. Seems like there is never enough time in the day. Hope you get your cardio workout in and still have some time for the family.
If your family supports you they will understand. Don't let things get in the way that cause you to get off track. Actually, now that I think about it, I have no life at all except for working out and cooking all the time. My family has not planned any get togethers until after my comp. I know you have knew babies in your family and that makes it soooo hard though but just visit and enjoy the company not the food.
One answer if if your Mother is not too far away, is to jog over to the house.
That way you do some Cardio before you arrive, and you should be on time to get a full meet and greet in, no dipping out early.
You could always just stroll back home.
Might be an option.
Though family should be supporting you, and should understand.
GOOD LUCK, and keep pushing hard okay. You look fantastic :-) :-).
