You may know that, I couldn't possibly know any such thing.
You need to stop talking yourself into mental holes, and start to love and appreciate yourself.
You are a beautiful married healthy woman, and you have more than many people do.
Some of those things, others want but can't have, some others could have but don't want, so you are a very physically, and emotionally rich woman, and time is going to prove you to be more successful in life, than you already are.
So you need to see the woman in the mirror, and BELIEVE, in what you can do, and can be.
You are doing FANTASTICALLY, and you are gettign results you deserve, becasue YOU put the time and effort in. Forget what you're told or learn for a minute, YOU put the time and effort in not a trainer, or anyone of that ilk, YOU, you're the one who gives so much to make teaching and strategies pay off, you deserve to be PROUD OF YOURSELF, and you DESERVE to feel like a proper, loved, 100% female woman / lady.
I am sure your hubby thinks so much of you, and you should think just as much of you too, because if you have any chance of doing well in 7 weeks, how can you, when it looks like you think you're already going to bomb big time, the closer you get?
GOOD LUCK, be strong, chin up, head high, kepe up the excellent effort, and no worries okay.
You DESERVE to do this, and you will more than adequately be capable of fitting into that world, and being seen as anyones equal, and you DO have what it takes to stand up and show an audience what sort of person you are.
IN 7 weeks when you walk off that stage, you WILL be an athlete, an ATHLETE, just like anyone at Beijing this summer. They train, compete, and get a result, injuries not included of course, you will have done the same, and gone through a tough process to be considered worthy, you WILL be an athlete, and only you or awful fate can take that away.
So keep going everything you're doing, and let your Heart be a greater part of the process, let the emotional strength and love you have, be a strong force, that keeps you focused on success, and focused on being as good a performer you can be.
Girl it was so far out of my comfort zone as well so I know exactly how you feel!! Your doing great just keep it up and VISUALIZE seeing 113 on that scale tomorrow! You got this :)
113, wow you must be tiny. I hope you like your suit, when do we get pics???
Comfort zone...know what you mean. I was there too but something amazing happened that day and I was as calm as can be. I don't get it. I can't even walk at a pool without putting a towel around my butt.
Oh man, I would give my left arm to weight 114!!!! Actually, strike that - I'll give my two butt-cheeks to weight at least 120! LOL And you are 7 weeks out - you have plenty of time, girl! WTG on hitting your cardio. I am starting my one extra session this week and going forward - ans then, we'll see... Fun, fun! :-)
