Saturday....my birthday......i had to do 2 hours of cardio and my bicep/tricep workout...i got up and did an hour.....then ate breakfast because i was starting to get the shakes from not eating....digested and then went down and did my arms and then the second hour....it was bad...but not that bad...if i wasn't so hot, i probably would have been in a better mood.....then we went to my parent's house for dinner and my family was there. She made me ravioli and gnocci. So i had two ravioli and some gnocci and a meatball...a little bit of wine and salad. Dessert...my sister made the gooey butter cakes (Paula Deen) they are the best brownie/cakes in all the land!!! I kept picking at them..i dont know how many i had...and a piece of ice cream cake....yum!!! i was so full and sick! My body cant eat like that anymore! But it was a treat and i loved it :)

Baby Nicky :)Sunday was Angelica's dance recital...i got in trouble by the announcer for video taping her performance....LOL! OH well!!!!
That was my weekend!!!
Today i had chest and i got up and did EMC at 5:00! Thanks April for the wake up call!! I had the phone up real loud and it scared the crap out of me!!!! LOL!!!

I'm glad things went well for you, and I you should be proud of everything in good your little world.
You are a fantastic part of it all, and a large part of your recent personal, mental and emotional successes, are down to you, so don't hide your light under a bushel, and have a look at those photos, because you look like a wonderful advertisement for younger people, by saying that aging doesn't have to be a deflating experience, or some kind of pennance, as it doesn't, and the way you look proves that fact.
Best wishes and WELL DONE with everything. You look every inch a proper lady, and those little'n's, are so lucky to have the influences from your Heart, mind and human example in their life.
You should be so proud of what you give to others and yourself, so don't take that at face value, as it's worth a tonne in this mixed up modern world.
