Hello!!! Well im still hanging in there...wondering if the day will ever come when i "look" like i am a competitor??? I was asking hubby last night and he said i have to push myself harder than i am....i need to go that extra step...which i do....i know that! It is rough and exhausting!
I am hoping to be down another pound this week (fingers crossed)....so i can enjoy my sushi on sunday :)
Last night...went to my sisters for a bit to see the baby....then came home and did cardio.....
oh wait....Let me back up a minute...When i came home from work i go down the basement and it smells....the fucking cat peed on the floor NEXT to the litter box! Do you have any idea how pissed off i was????? ANY IDEA!!!!! I swear to god, just to torture me that freaking cat is going to live until its 100!!!!! Everyone tells me to get rid of him(because this is not the first time he has done this...and he is not really a nice cat) but i just dont have the heart to do it...now if someone came and did it for me...that is another story.....but me, myself...i could never do that!
So yeah, i had to clean up cat piss too last night! So i was not a happy person!!!
And i didn't get up for EMC this morning....so i have to do my hour when i get home from getting my hair cut tonight after work!
Sorry for my rant.....LOL!!

Ew,cat pee!! It smells worse than dog pee for some reason. I am so not a cat person. They are very cute, I admit but they dont need you or love on you like a dog does. I used to have a cat who did that right by the litter box too - and he used to bite! I got rid of his ass. LOL!!
I love cats but both my son and I a are allergic!!I have my dog and I am trying to convince hubby to get another one..not going so good.

Man, cats are so annoying sometimes. I really love kitties but any animal that is 'gross' is something I dont wanna have around haha. Maybe you could locate someone with a farm to where the cat could go and live outside. I'm sure that someone would take the cat if they have enough outdoor room for another. I've had a lot of awesome cats but they were almost all outdoors. I dont like litterboxes much. I want a doggie someday. I want an italian greyhound! So cute omg! they look like little deer.
Anyhow--I was going to mention the cardio thing. Have you ever tried doing your cardio all in the evening instead of in the morning? People are always griping at me todo cardio in the AM but I'll be honest, I have more intense workouts in the evening so if I do my cardio after my weights at night that keeps the fat burning going on AFTER your weights for a longer amount of time. Splitting it up doesn't work for me that well. My needs to workout for like 2 hrs straight--weights then cardio back to back, then I burn fat best. If I break it up, I lose on the long duration. Let me know what you think. I might make this suggestion to my sister too. She's kinda shaped like we are--curvy ladies! LOL!!! Our men sure do love it though I can tell you that! LOL!!!!
