Well this week has been crazy! For it being a 4 day work week..the work day has been dragging...especially because im on vacation all next week!!! Im so excited to be doing something! We are going to the Jersey Shore (no, not where all the fist pumpers are ;)...LOL) But Margate, NJ....with my sis and her hubby and the baby...and of course me adam and angelica...my parents are watching the doggie :) And then they are coming down the second half of the week...we are sund-wed, and then my parents are wed-sat. I hope the weather is nice...right now its raining here. But its so humid, i guess its expected.
I know eating is going to suck this week....im going to try and get some sort of physical activity in and im bringing my protein powder with me.
I dont think i will be able to do September show either now...cause im a moose....and then not eating on schedule for another week will really hurt me...so im making a vow to me and to all of my blog buds....150% effort will be taken from when i get home until November....which is KY Muscle....with April...again! And i will be stage ready....i can promise you that! No last place for me ;)

Have a great vacation! I go in one week. I'm worried about eating too but I'm planning on having snack food ready to grab and go.
