Well its monday already!
Saturday was 16 weeks out and i had to send pics my trainer...they were bad...i knew they were going to be and its funny because usually i take 1000 pics trying to get the right lighting, making sure my hair looks ok, the suit is ok, etc....i took 4 pics...front, side, side, back...didn't care what they looked like and sent them off. He must be like "what the hell has she been doing? but hey, its easy money right?" Im sure a lot of these trainers love the fact that you aren't following what they say and just continue to pay them.
Anyway...so i decided to stop wasting my money and to do it right.
I got my new meal plan last night so i have to prep tonight and start tomorrow. I hate starting on a tuesday, but i didn't have enough time to have everything ready for today...especially with True Blood on from 9-10 last night...and on that side note....the show is so freaking good this season!!! I love it!!!!!
But i did the timeline for my meals and workouts....its very, very, planned out and specific....and i really need to plan to do this right.
Yes its going to be a pain in the butt, but im sure that if its done the way it should be, then it will work out great! I just have to stick with it.
Im not a great organized person. And i have all the time in the world really. I have no kids, and no other outside responsibilities except to visit my family and to keep the house straightened up. I should be the perfect candidate to be able to get it all done. I really need to plan and focus on what needs to be done and stop laying around expecting everything to be all done and ready. I have to grab the bull by the horns as the saying goes ;)
The weekend was good. Nothing exciting really. We went to my sister's on friday night. they ordered pizza which looked and smelled so good and i had a salad with avocado and chicken :) I did have a bite of crust!
Saturday went food shopping and then went to my mom's later for a bit.
Sunday we went to our friend's pool and hung out there and then the sky darkened and it started pouring rain with thunder and lightening and all! So our day ended kinda early.
Next Saturday we have a party to go to...its "Jersey Shore" themed...and we have to get dressed...im trying to figure out what to wear but i want to get one of those bumpits for my hair and puff it all up and wear a lot of bronzer...and i have jan tana too ;) LOL!
so that will be fun!
Today was leg day....no emc for me....i will do some cardio later. I do plan on trying to get up to do cardio every morning this week....there is no reason why i can't right?

I took my before pictures this morning- they were not pretty. Hope your week goes well! I am off to the gym. I really wished I didn't sleep in and got it over with this morning!

I did the same thing with my pics :) There was no hiding the flub. No strategic poses would help.

Are you working with an online trainer?
You know you're capable, so just keep hauling your carcass out of your pit and knuckle down to that Cardio :-p :-p.
