Monday-Back to it (117 days to go)

Well today im back...back to work, back from vacation...back to reality.

I am starting over of sorts....

I want to stop looking back at my past mess ups and focus totally on what is ahead. no more negativity.

Today was legs at the gym.

5 min warm up-elliptical
standing leg curls
lying leg curls
ws dumbell squats
leg extensions
one leg deadlifts
walking lunges
calves

tonight i have cardio and i have to cook. I was lazy yesterday and i didn't cook for the week yet. So tonight i have to cook up my chicken and string beans and rice and broccoli and all that other good stuff to get me through the week!

I did a lot of bad eating last week while on vacation...i know i wasn't going to be good. Especially being around my family....but its all fine and good...its a new beginning (yes i have had many new beginnings but...)

So here we are...day 1 (well its day 117....117 days till KY Muscle)....it will go by quick...i want to make everyday count.

I may take pics (not posting anything yet) but hopefully by the time i get to about 12 weeks out i will have enough balls to post something :)

This is going to be fun....im going to do this, and do it right....i want to be proud of myself again...i want my clothes to fall off me again.....i want to change for the better....

I chose this goal.....i will fight for this.....i know this takes work....and i will work for it....i am not going to just "show up" this time.....i will train, i will focus, i will change for the better....i will fight :)

Lets do this....

I'm with you on releasing the negativity! We can do this!

You know you CAN do this, but it's a question of how many times you'll keep making it out, but not honouring yourself by doing it.

You can make this happen and I've never stopped believing it possible.

Good luck.

:-) :-).

Get it girl! I love how you are putting the days on it- chunking things up by time, whether it be months or weeks or quarters, really helps me stay ON IT!! ;-)
