Tuesday--116 days to go

I was able to get my ass out of bed this morning to do some cardio...only got in 26 min, but its a start.  Then went to the gym and did shoulders. 


Front presses
inverted laterals
walkout pop push ups
rear delt rope pulls
behind neck press
rear delt peck deck
heavy 1/4 laterals

Tonight another 40 min treadmill. 

Oh last night i went to my mom's for dinner...so i didn't feel like getting on the treadmill so i just hopped on the stepper for 15 min....

feeling pretty good...i had a little bit of popcorn this afternoon. 

I put in for a new diet i hope i get my oats back...i dont mind the cream of rice that much though.  Its something different.

Tonight im making shrimp....yum!!!
