Wow....So many things...well I think I need to go back to the weekend again....Friday I got out of work early for the holiday so I decided to go over to a gym that is a block away from work and see if I could join for the next few months because it will just be easier to get to if I want to go after work, or at lunchtime...so I went there and joined..its only 50.00 a month with no contract so I just did it...they have a lot of classes that I want to look into taking too...they have kettlebells and urban rebounding and lots of spin classes....even at lunch time! (Which I did take the spin class at noon on tuesday..the teacher was a maniac and I was soaked!...not good if you have to run back to work a big sweaty mess..but I did it anyway ;)....LOL) They also have a 30 minute class that is equivillant to P90X....I know it has to be hard! I do want to try it out though :) So I joined and I worked out there on the elliptical/stepper for 30 min. Thank god I had a Quest bar in my bag because I went too long without eating and I was shaking...so that got gobbled up quickly!!
Friday night I actually went with my parents and my sister and hubby and baby to Bertucci’s pizza! I had told Adam that I was having no cravings whatsoever and that I would be fine with a salad and chicken....and I also knew that I had to weigh in on Saturday! I was so proud of myself...I didn’t even want anything...not a bite of one of the warm rolls they put out on the table...or when they decided to put the pizza next to me because I was on the end of the table....I didn’t even want it! Which is really odd for me because I love me some pizza :) So I ate my salad with grilled chicken, dressing on the side and an iced tea.
Saturday was great...me and adam got up early and we drove out to Wissahickon State Park where he mountain bikes...and I did my walk/runs on the fire trail. It was so nice out and so many people were out enjoying the break in the weather! So my thinking at the time was walk out about 30 min or so and then head back. Well at the half way mark I saw adam while I was stretching...he told me to follow him up on the trails...so I did! It was great! I was huffing and puffing and climbing and running and I enjoyed every second of it :) So total time was like an hour and a half but I burned like 800 calories!
Saturday night we had a 50th birthday party to go to. Again, my eating was great! There was food there but I didn’t eat or drink anything bad. I did have a diet coke and my dinner consisted of a piece of chicken and some string beans!
Sunday....I don’t think I did anything exciting except I did do about 45 min of cardio and I did a short shoulder workout then I cleaned and all that good stuff. We were going to take a ride down the shore just to do something but we just hung in.
Monday was the holiday....we went and picked up Angelica and we went to the park and hung out there and played a little bit then we went to the mall and then to Target and Staples to get her stuff for school. We went to Applebees for lunch....I just got salad again with grilled chicken and stuff on the side.
Tuesday was back to work! I got up...did 27 min of EMC then I hit the legs hard! At lunch time I went to spin class and let me just tell you that the teacher was a maniac! For a 45 min class, man she really kicked it! Tuesday night I went to my sisters for dinner. I brought my dinner...shrimp that I picked up after work at TJ’s :)
Wednesday I got up and I did another 27 min cardio...what is it with me and 27? LOL!!! Did shoulders at the gym and then after work I did 50 min on the treadmill.
Today–Thursday—25 min EMC–bike—and then hit the gym for back...I was so excited..I was doing the RG pulldowns and I saw my lats popping and my shoulders popping! I was so happy...its so funny how something that may gross some people out makes me smile from ear to ear :)
Lifting weights and working out is something that has now become a part of my life...even though I may bitch and complain sometimes, I absolutely love it! And when I start seeing things in the mirror...that just makes it sooo much better!
Diet overall is going great! I have no cravings whatsoever....I have to check in on Saturday with pics...I want to be 115...I was looking back over my blog from last year and I was 111 on September 22nd last year....that is, right now a 6 pound difference...which is a big deal! And that is only in 2 weeks! I need to just keep doing what im doing and see what happens...my body composition this time around I think is different too. I did take measurements on Saturday so I can track that at least!
So now im getting ready to go home from work...I will be cooking and then hitting the treadmill for my 2nd round tonight!
I still have tons of energy and I feel incredible...I just hope it lasts :)

Oh i love it!! It sounds like a great week for you, and finding a new gym sometimes is just what you need to spark a fire in your mojo- but it doesn't sound like you need that right now. So happy for you that this prep is going well and you still have energy! WHOOP!!
