
Alright...now before i have a heart attack...i just checked the days countdown clock....58 days!!! 58 freaking days!!!!! WTF? Why is time going so fast!!! Slow down!!!!
So for the most part workouts have been good...eating good...cardio good...im a little tired sometimes...like right now...as i sit here chugging on a giant cup of coffee just hoping to wake up!
I have another cardio session when i get home....
tomorrow is my mom's birthday. we are going to dinner so i have to be careful. I will just ask for my chicken unless they have a decent fish... dry and have some veggies or a salad.
I just feel like i have so far to go and im never going to get there..im staying true and im digging deeper than i have in a long time to try and get to where i need to go. Saturday will be 8 weeks out. That is still 2 months. I can make some changes in that time if i just keep my head in the game. Patience, dedication and determination, right?
As soon as i got done eating my lunch i was starving again. Like so hungry that my stomach wanted to eat itself! I kept drinking water waiting for it to pass a little...it did...thank god...and now im drinking my coffee and i ate..then as soon as i get home i have to eat again and then do my cardio and eat again...and then before bed, i have to eat again! LOL! So im really not starving by ANY means...im eating almost every two hours...which actually can get annoying because if im working and my food sits by me at my desk and i dont eat it right away, the next thing i know, its almost time for me to eat again....case in point...i got really busy this morning and missed my 11:30am meal. Hey....maybe that is why i was so hungry after lunch? LOL!

oh, i did exercise ball exercises against the wall doing squats and lunges..they were actually kind of fun...i will have to do them more :)
I finished the first half of the 1st season of Glee on DVD! My sister got the second half ...im waiting for her to finish it so i can take it from her! Im so in love with this show! And now the second season is starting but i cant watch it until i finish the rest...so i will have to DVR it....
workouts so far this week have been:
Monday: 30 min EMC-gym-legs-pm 45 min
Tuesday: 20 min EMC; gym: shoulders-at lunch-20 min stepper, 10 min EFX(went to my sisters after work)
Wednesday: 20min EMC;; gym-back; pm-46 min treadmill; 20 min bike
Thursday: today--20 min EMC; gym--biceps/triceps PM cardio: 20 stepper, 20 treadmill or bike (not sure yet)
i guess that is as interesting as it gets for me right now.....

So proud of you Ang!! It really does seem like you are digging deeper and I hope the scale will show it. Has it been moving the way we want? A lot can change in 2 months, I'm excited for you!

Post progress pics! I want to see you :oD I think I might make myself a bikini and post some off season progress pictures since I probably wont compete this year...I definitely want to compete next year darnit!
