Back to the grind

I'm back to work....it is so nice being off work and not being out because your sick. Having two days off was wonderful, but now its back to reality. I was able to get my workouts in on monday and tuesday since i was home. The gym was actually crowded at 1:00 in the afternoon! Don't people work??? Even driving was a pain in the ass! Go to work people!

Anyway, today was chest. Yesterday was legs. I love working my legs the most i think. Maybe because they are the strongest part of my body :) Tomorrow is back and triceps. I actually like working my back too.
I got up this morning at 6 and it was sooo dark out.....i really dont like walking to the subway in the dark....its kinda creepy. Adam usually drops me off in front of the steps but since he is out of work, i had to walk.
I talked with Tony about my weekend and how i wasn't able to make my saturday workout and my meals weren't exactly great. So my weigh in isn't until Saturday and he wants me to do a "no carb" day.....that should be interesting! So I will do the no carb thing on friday. Hopefully it will help with the scale on saturday :)

Good luck with the No Carb thing. Can't say how that might go for you, but I'm sure you'll find out.

The main thing is not to get too bothered, by occasionally not being able to carry out plans. Sometimes you just can't make something happen, no matter how much you want to, because life gets in the way.

You're giving pretty much 100%, and when nothing need get in the way, you don't allow it to, so you should still be very proud of yourself.

You're doing great, so be strong, keep working at it, and know you are a real and true inspiration, and I'm always happy for you, because I think you're a fantastic person, so GOOD LUCK, and keep doing your thing.

It is working.

WELL DONE Angela!!!!!!!!!

:-) :-).

I go to the gym all sorts of different times of day, whatever I can make work with my schedule each day, and it's always interesting who's there and when.

I look forward to hearing about your no carb day. Sure hope Tony hasn't got one of those planned for me anytime soon.
