Its monday already :(

Where do the weekends go? God, its so depressing. Time goes by so fast. I am going to be 35 years old in 17 days! That is actually what you call depressing! I never thought i would be 35 years old. I don't think i look it(thank god) and i certainly don't feel it....so i guess that is the most important thing, right?

We took a ride to Ocean City, NJ on Saturday. It was really nice out. I got my workout done early in the morning which was a plus. That gazelle really comes in handy...especially when i dont feel like going to the gym!

Yesterday, I went to Target and food shopping and then to my mother's for dinner.

Today, i am taking a half day and i am going to the Phillies game with Adam. His work got a Suite box and he invited me to go. So i get to meet all his work people...part of me hates meeting new people....just because i am always so worried of what people will think about me. If they will think im ugly or fat or weird....i know im nuts...but that is how my brain works! I need to have a little more self esteem and feel better about myself. What is wrong with me?

Oh well....i will let you know how it goes :)

You don't want to know what pointless rubbish floats across my mind sometimes.

Good to know you started the lifestyle changes now, as Metabolism slows down after 35, but that won't really be a problem for you at all.

You look great, and no there's nothing wrong with you at all. You're human, and that's wonderful, so embrace it and be proud of it.

There's plenty of people in this world who are down right horrible, to be blunt. You are probably as far removed from that as it's possible ot be.

It's all good, and so are your superb results.

WELL DONE, and good luck :-) :-).

Hey! We'll be the same age! For like four months and then I will be a year OLDER than you. :)

I agree with brit-man....and while you are at it...embrace your birthday too. Just think of how far we have come since our 20's. No offense to anyone that is younger, but for me personally, I didn't know anything back then. I thought I did though.

Now I am older. The only difference is that now I am fully aware that I know nothing!

Nothing wrong with you, because that would mean somethings wrong with me - and I don't want to think about that. I do the same thing when it comes to meeting new people - that fat high school girl comes right out.

Hope you had a great time and met some great people.

Glad you had a great weekend! Ocean City & a Phillies game, can't beat that. :)

I'm also dreading my b-day this year. Fortunately, I have months yet to learn to accept it. But it seems like a yearly occurence ever since I got to the 30's.

You look gorgeous! You shouldn't think people are thinking of you negatively. If they are, well they're not worth knowing.

Oh 35's nothing. You should be proud to be 35 and look like you do. 30, 35, 40, 42, none of them bummed me. I feel good.
