117.5 i need to get down lower! I have a goal of 110 by July 15th which i dont think i am going to make :(
We will see i guess....but im happy with the number...especially since it was 119 last saturday...will write more later...have to go to BJ's to stock up on my chicken and fish for the week....

There's no real reason why not. If you're consistantly losing around 2lbs at least per week, no problem.
You have just over 4 weeks to lose 7.5lb's, which gives you at least one week where you can get away with 1.5, and anyway, if you ended up at something like 111lbs would it really be that bad?
The main thing here is to be confident about it, if you're not you're less likely to succeed.
So please go easy on yourself, and don't give yourslf a bit of hard time like this, when you've barely started on this last 4 weeks phase.
You should be so proud of all you've done, and you shouldn't be looking for downsides to any of this, but taking all the little positives, and believing so much in what you can do.
So you reach for the stars Angela, and you believe in what you CAN do okay, you CAN do this, so no more :-( just plenty of :-) :-) :-) and you can make it happen, and if not, you'll have tried your very best, and would have no reason to feel down at all.
