I really have to get my ass back on track. I need to step it up....im not losing like i should be and im not pushing myself enough. I should be losing at least 2-3 pounds every weigh in (which is every two weeks) and im not. The last one was only 1.5 pounds in 2 weeks. Now, dont get me wrong, im not mad that i only lost 1.5 pounds, because its a loss...but my body should be burning a hell of a lot more calories and fat at this point. Tuesday was the beginning of week 19 on Tony's plan.
Im just getting in a rut i think, same foods, etc....not busting my ass doing extra cardio, etc.
I bought that Gazelle....do you know how many times i have used it? maybe 4 times.....my butt should be on that thing every night! No matter what! Now on saturday, it will be two weeks....and right now i am probably at the same weight.
On another note....all the girls got together to get measured for their bridesmaid dresses...everyone liked them (a plus), its flattering to all (another plus) and they were only $150.00 each (bonus!) Then we went to dinner....i ate well enough.....grilled chicken and broccoli. It was pretty good.
I got home and i was so tired.....but then on HBO they had a special of the making of the Transformers movie...which was on at 11:30-12:00....so i was up way to late....and 6:00 comes way to fast! Now, im tired.....and i had biceps and shoulders today with cardio intervals between every exercise. Fun....oh well.......back to work......
