
Well its friday! The week has gone ok i guess. Nothing too exciting!
Wednesday we got snow...i didn't go to the gym but it was only chest....i hate chest...so i just did cardio at home.
Thursday was my back workout...that was good....if i didn't have so much flub, maybe you could see some muscle ;) I can see it in my bathroom mirror sometimes...i like it :)
Today was my second favorite...biceps and triceps (my favorite is legs)....i did hammercurls with 20lbs! So that made me happy....i wasn't going to try it because i didn't think i would be able to do it...but i did! I guess if you doubt yourself you will never get stronger and never try the heavier weight! Im such a wuss!
Tomorrow is my sister's birthday....we are going there for dinner...i of course have to bring my own food.....my mom is making stuffed calamari with gravy and pasta...yeah, i dont think that is on my plan...LOL!
I really have to set up a schedule for my extra cardio....i need to try and make a pact with myself to get my ass out of bed at least 2-3 times in the morning before my gym workout and do some cardio.....then after work do some more....it has to be done...there is no way around it.....i know this....
I put on my fat pants this morning because i had nothing else clean in my closet....thank god they are still big! Cause if they fit...i would have cried! LOL!
I am trying to figure out what my problems are with my eating. It is the in between meals that i pick on things....nothing really bad but still not on plan things....like we always have popcorn in the office...and i grab some....these are the little things that need to stop.
I am going to stay positive! I am going to do my cardio like a good girl.....
I cant wait for my Gina Aliotti DVD to come!!!!!

Hey girl!
May I suggest if you need to pick on things try picking at salad, spinach, celery or cucumbers...The nice thing about these is that they are filled with fiber and by the time you have eaten them you burned as much or more cals from the chewing..LOL
Sometimes it unfortunately comes down to sheer mental toughness.
Alternatives could be brought to work, but reality is on some occasions, sheer bloody mindedness is the only way, just a bit of mentla conditioning or re-training of some kind, because some will find it easier to master than others, but it can be done, and no doubt you ill do it, but as time has engrained such habits on you, so time will teach you to let go, but unlike a child, the learning curve will be a little steeper, and time a prophet and patience a virtue, but I'm sure you can overcome these little issues.
Good luck, and don't be too hard on yourself okay, because you're human too.

Iam checking the mail constantly for my dvd lol I can't wait either!
It's funny-we are so opposites when it comes to working out. I could do cardio for hours but I will run away as fast as I can from the weights. Which might explain my flabby arms, hmm....
