Well the weekend went by in a blur....as always....
Friday...didn't do too much.....
Saturday--we had Angelica and her little sister over night...that was fun....we took them to dinner...i was a good girl...i just had a piece of salmon and a salad...
Sunday was our 1 year wedding anniversary :) We were supposed to go out to eat (just sushi ;) but it was closed! I dont know if they were closed due to the superbowl or what..but we didn't want to go anywhere else because nothing else was going to be healthy so we just came home and i made egg white omlettes and protein shakes! LOL!
Saturday-workout wise---i did 30 minutes on the treadmill and my ab workout...
Sunday i went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the EFX machine.
Yesterday-Monday-legs--and i had deadlifts on there....and unbeknownst to me, i was doing them wrong for so long.....Gina Aliotti had a video doing them...and when i saw how she was doing them i was like "oh! that is how im supposed to be doing them!" LOL! Im just a jackass! But now im doing them right and i feel much better!
Diet is going better...im getting a handle on my eating...it is so hard to be good all the time.....especially when everyone around you doesn't give two shits on how they eat and when you do they either make comments about what you are doing or you feel out of the loop and want to be eating the crap too! But im not...i am finally starting to feel better again.....my pants aren't as tight and that in of itself makes me feel better!
Tonight i have to cook up my yams and my oats and asparagus and string beans and i want to make a clean chili....
I picked up my wedding pics yesterday finally! I wish i got married this year...im thinner now....LOL! My pics would have been better!
Then i had a cat issue yesterday......he was having trouble going to the bathroom and he was leaving little drips when he sat down....so i called the vet...they wanted to see him right away...he could have had a blockage....so i went..they did tests, etc....there wasn't a blockage....but he has to be given an antibiotic for 10 days....he has either a bladder infection or a urinary infection....so i go to check out at the vet.....the girl at the desk goes "ok that will be $510.67 for your visit today"....What the Frig???? OMG! I almost had a coronary! I thought maybe $100-150.00.....i got all upset...i dont have 500.00 right now to pay this!!!! So to make a loooong story short, adam had to open a credit card that they use....and i have to pay that off now! There goes my income tax money! That really sucked!
Oh, and last night my mom was having dinner for us at her house for our anniversary...which i was late to because after all that, i had to drop the cat off at home and then go to my moms...i didn't get there until almost 7! I felt so bad...they were all starving!
I guess that is all the excitement.....
this morning at the gym was shoulders.....and then when i get home....cardio.....
I dont know if i had mentioned this already but i became a member of Gina Aliotti's website....LOVE IT!!! I think i have read every single post and watched every video! I just ordered her DVD too! I cant wait to get it! She has pics up on there today...she is 4.5 weeks out from the Arnold...she already looks incredible! I wish i would be able to look half as good as her now, on my show day! I cant even imagine how incredible she is going to look over the next few weeks! But im glad to say that i get to watch her get ready for it! Its really cool!!
Anyway...i guess that is all i have for now...sorry for the mess of a post...i went from one thing to another....to another.....ok...bye :)

I can hear the excitement!! You're doing terrific! Glad you had a good weekend. Sorry the sushi place was closed. Animals are SO expensive! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, so I KNOW! Oh and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!
Pet care is getting absolutely ridiculous. I had to have a cat put down cause the tests were going to cost over 2000.00...yes, two thousand and that was with no guarantees. I was like um this is a stray I took in not a freakin pedigree cat wth! I swear its a rip off. I so feel your pain. And gosh I wish at s weeks out I already looked amazing instead of wondering why I'm even competing lol! Gina rocks! I ordered the dvd too!
