This week flew by! We went to the shore Wednesday-Thursday....we did the waterpark on thursday..i wish we could have stayed longer...but this is how expensive everything is....i added up what it cost us just to go overnight, which included the room, food, everything.....$470.00...yes that was just for one night!!! Isn't that crazy? I dont know how people with families go for the week.....i guess you just save up all year to go on vacation! Ridiculous!!!! Oh, and I almost got hit with the tram-car...LOL! Anyone familiar with Wildwood, NJ would know what im talking about!
Friday i got up, worked out(biceps and triceps), and me and angelica went to the mall with my mom and michelle and the baby and we went to Applebees for lunch. I love being home from work :)
We got an exercise bike today...so that will be good...change it up once in a while! Today is 12 weeks out!! This is going to be awesome! I cant wait to really start seeing changes and getting excited for the stage!

Oh 12 weeks....make each and every second count...12 weeks out is when the game is really on! No more cheats, not even the BLT's...bite, licks, and tastes...really up the intensity, you will make amazing changes in the next weeks, it's so exciting...I can't wait for you to show us all what you are made of!!

12 weeks will fly by. IT's amazing how the time goes. I have less than 5 weeks already.
I have the utmost confidence that you will conquer those food demons and get up on that stage with total confidence and you will look the best you have ever looked. I'm so excited for you!
