
Well i think part of me is starting to panic a little and then the other part of me is saying im fine :)
Saturday i will be 9 weeks out....i am doing two liquid days... tomorrow and friday....if i can make it two days!
I think my biggest problem is the cardio! I love the weights...but the cardio is what i need to lean me out...i know this....so why cant i get it all in???
If i want this, i need to get up and get it done...that is all there is to it. I know this..i just have to do it. Saying and doing are totally different things! I need to do it :)
Today was chest. My least favorite but i do it to the max....like i try and do all my workouts....but the cardio...i just dread it!!! Plus i have to do 15 minutes of stair walking!!!
I have a lot of work to do these coming weeks....i dont know what got me started on this crazy journey....(mmmmm...APRIL...LOL) But im in it now....and i am going to do something that is soooo far out of my comfort zone...but i am determined to get on that stage!!!! And its the day after Halloween!!! Think of all the candy i get afterwards...LOL!

If the Big-T-Man says that doing cardio will get you there, then you need to be doing it.
Make the decision that you will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get to that stage and JUST DO IT, GIRL!
If you REALLY want it, you will make it happen!

Do it for the candy..I mean do it for the GLORY and then candy:)
You are doing so wonderful...keep it up. The mental ballgame will change daily but you are strong.
Don't over analyse it, just let the process happen naturally, and you CAN do it.

I'm just the opposite. I can do cardio for hours but will avoid the weights like the plague. You know what you have to do so do your best and push through those cardio woes and show those machines you mean business!
I agree with Trojan ...do it for the candy! lol
stay focused you will be so proud of yourself when your up on that stage
:) I hate the cardio too...but it works, it really works...so just get it done how ever you have to do it!! We are all here cheering you on!! And we all go through those feelings...I'm fine...oh hell I'll never be ready...but do everything just as T says and you'll be ready...promise!!
I hate cardio too but just find something that keeps your mind off of it while doing it. I watch movies or listen to really good music. Sometimes I even talk on the phone too.
What's with the liquid diets? He still hasn't changed mine. I emailed him tonight.
I can't wait to see you on stage.
