ok peeps! Tomorrow I (we) will be 6 weeks out!!!! That is not long at all!! Im scared!!!!!
Thank god im doing this with my girlies (Stacey---im still hanging on for you to do this with us) because without them i would probably really be a crazy person!!!
My diet changes up this week...cant wait to see what that brings!!!! Hopefully a loss of a pound or two ;)
Today i had triceps...yesterday was back.....tomorrow...abs......i need some abs!! Hopefully they will come out to play soon :)
Last night i was so tired...like i was hit by a bus tired....but i did my cardio like a good girl...and threw in some abs for good measure!
Today on triceps i added in some assisted dips and assisted pull ups....every little bit of extra helps right?
Adam got Phillies playoff tickets for the game today...he is taking Angelica...im mad though, i wanted to go :( Ah, what can i do right? So im going to my sister's for a little bit to see the baby and i am babysitting tomorrow so she has to give me her directions tonight!
Alright----im going back to work :)

I feel the ticking time as well! I feel so lucky to be able to be there for your first show...you are going to be awesome girl...and look at you throwing in extra abs...sounds like a champion to me :) I'm holding out for Stace as well!! 6 weeks...let make every last second count :) Cardio in the morning, cardio in the evening...lean, lean, lean!!!!! Oh and a new diet :)

Wow, LOVE that girls back and arms. You CAN and WILL have muscle like that, just keep workin' at it! Those abs will come out, very soon, I know!
I will guarantee that the girl is Tracy Bodner. She is amaaaaaazing and a beautiful person, too. I've known her online for quite a few years now. She and her husband Cam are trainers.
