Day 3 with Tony's program......im tired. not hungry...actually im always full.....but my body hurts.....and i hate the treadmill. I like the EFX machine alot better. I actually got my ass out of bed at 6 and was at the gym by 6:45 and i was in work by 8:40....i have never been 20 minutes early for work in my life! But now my day is complete. I feel better knowing that its done and if i wanted to do extra cardio after work, i can. The way i was doing it, i wasn't getting home until 7:30, then had to make dinner, then prepare everything for the next day.....it was way too much to do when i got home......so we shall try it this way :)
I had talked to Tony yesterday and he had asked me if i was sore (meaning i should have been) and i told him no. Well i take that back now....the soreness didn't kick in right away i guess....NOW, it hurts....everywhere......
But, i am getting my gallon water in, my ACV/lemon juice shot( which isnt so bad anymore...when it is done as a shot anyway)....
All in all, im tired but i feel good and i am happy so far :)
How does everyone make their chicken? I need different ways.....im just baking it right now and its really dry! HELP!

DOMS is the best!! I just put Mrs. Dash seasoning over my chicken and bake it. I don't buy frozen though only the fresh kind. I bake it at 375 for 30-35 minutes and its not too dry??
BBQ all the way!
I really like to just pan cook my chicken with some seasoning like tomato-basil Mrs.Dash. Or of course grill it on the BBQ. OR you could put it in the crock pot with some salsa...that turns out REALLY good. My friend Suzanne makes a dip with SF syrup and mustard...its honey mustard. If you chicken is dry try dipping the pieces in that to help choke it down.. :D If its Tony approved of course...hehehe
I grill or broil and just make sure I don't forget about it and leave it too long, or it is too dry.
BTW, I'm a moron - I had a post of yours bookmarked and not the front page of your blog, that's why I didn't see how it was going and asked. All better now, I think.
