WEDNESDAY

Well it's Wednesday...im sitting at my desk eating my zucchini oat bar thinking about the fact that i only have a day and a half left of work this week. I took a half day tomorrow and off on friday. Tomorrow, February 8, 2007 is me and Adam's 5 year anniversary. So in celebration of it, we booked a place down the shore in Atlantic City for overnight. Im excited. I can't believe we have been together for 5 years already! Time flies when your having fun i guess Couples !!! my mom and dad are dog sitting their "grandchild" for me...lol
I worked out this morning instead of after work because it's my sister's birthday and we are going over her house for dinner....im actually bringing my own dinner because what they are eating, i can't, so i marinated my peanut thai chicken(thanks again amy!) and i will cook it when i get home and then bring it over there to eat it.
I was thinking about getting that online trainer that a lot of you guys use, Tony(Dreambodies), and at least try it out for a month or so to see if i can handle it. I emailed him the other day, and he wrote me back, and then i had a few more questions, and then i got no response, so i dont know what i should do. i dont want to be a pain in the ass and keep on emailing him.
Oh and guess what else.....my filling in my tooth that i had root canal in well the filing came out...now i have to go to the frigging dentist! I hate the dentist....especially because i dont have dental insurance and i have to put out all this money that i dont have!
Anywho....i forgot to post my meals and exercise for yesterday...and i guess i will do today too!

OK OK I give. Where do I find this zuccini oat bar you are continually making and eating?? Because it sounds really yummy. I'm assuming it is yummy because you eat it a lot. Is it from PN?? Or Amyella?? Inquiring minds must know!! LOL

Let me know what happens with Tony, I have thought about e-mailing him as well with questions, but I'm too chicken. And poor :D
If you ever getting down on yourself, besides cutting it out (I know, impossible) just think of me, my ginormous booty and my 5 slobby kids to clean up after. It will brighten you right up :D

Hey Janel. The zucchini oat bar recipe is from Amyella. Im addicted and they are so easy to make and convenient for my 2 first meals.

The recipe is as follows (Hope you dont mind Amy :)

Competition Friendly "Zucchini Bread"

5 cups of oats
2 cups shredded zucchini
6 cups of eggbeaters
1/2 c. raisins
4 packets of splenda
cinnamon

Mix all together. Spray a 13x9 baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and keep in the fridge. I find this tastes better after being chilled at least 24 hours, and eaten at room temperature.
Makes 12 servings. Each serving:
calories: 203
fat: 2
carb: 28
protein: 18
