1/2 pound

Well i only lost a 1/2 pound! Little down about it but its my own fault. I guess my little "no no" nibbles here and there make a difference. But in all actuality, i feel leaner and i think i look a little leaner too. But who knows. I have to take pictures this week to send off to T, so hopefully there will be a difference there. I hate the scale...i know its not a good thing to depend on it, but it is a crutch. I asked T if i would be able to weigh in every week instead of every 2, but he said "only if i can handle it"....meaning he probably doesn't want me to but if i really want to, i can. I dont know what to do.

Bought my chicken and fish for the week....its soooo nice out...i really dont feel like being inside cleaning but this house is horrible!

What does Tony say about getting your BF% checked? I have to do it anyway for a challenge that I'm doing so I'm doing it anyway, but I wonder what he would say about that. I only do it once a month, which I wouldn't do anymore often, since it moves glacierly slow anyway. But it would help explain if your gaining muscle too, and might make the scale numbers feel better. Just a thought - now go outside and play!

Sounds like classic muscle gain. A few nibbles here and there, I'm pretty sure, wouldn't sacrifice 1.5 lb's of weight loss, not unless the nibbles were a couple of McD's large Fries, and 2-3 Snickers Bars.

Don't forget, the more you get nearer the target, the more precise the diet has to be, because eradicating a few minor things like some grated regular Cheese, or some such potential minor weight loss bandit, will then not work, when it's already been done.

So if it looks like the diet needs one or two technical tweaks, then I'm sure you'll get them.

The main thing is, to feel proud of your consistancy, and don't lose Heart yeah.

You're doing great, so keep your head in check, and follow your Heart, and you'll almost certainly be fine.

:-) :-).

Well done and GOOD LUCK.

I felt the same way about cleaning the house today. So it's still a wreck. Good job on the weigh in. I look at it like I am gaining muscles to so the weight loss should be slower now??? Works for me anyway:)

HI, I know how you feel when you WANT that scale to move because you are working so hard. T told me I could weigh every week because it actually keeps me a bit more accountable...but I need help in that area!!! Keep up the great work!

1/2 lbs is better than gaining a 1/2 lb. :o) Keep going girl. You're doing amazing!
