im soo bad

Well i went off schedule a little bit this weekend. It all started on friday because i was off from work and i had to finish the favors for the communion and make my fruit tray etc. Well i got a late start (of course) and i ran out of time and i didn't make it to the gym on friday. Then friday night i had my mother's retirement dinner which i ate not horribly bad (chicken with crabmeat and shrimp), a half glass of wine, 2 fried calamari rings...and coffee...no dessert.

Then Saturday we had Angelica's communion. I was bad again....chicken marsala, salad, side of pasta.....and a few cookies.....

Im coming clean with you guys cause the guilts are killing me. I did tell Tony earlier in the week that my weekend was going to be bad and he told me to just drink as much water as possible and eat as clean as possible....

I have to be extra good this week......maybe extra cardio too!

I'm feeling the guilts right there with you, I had a rough weekend too. Let's drink a ton of water today, and see if we can't do some extra cardio! Back on track and no more of that crap, right?

The main thing is to recognise potential stumbling blocks, and to try and minimise the problem.

As long as you keep walking, and don't stay down when you stumble Angela, you're going to be fine.

In the grand scheme of things, this rates as nothing, and nothing can stop you achieving what you want.

You are doing really really well, os don't worry about anything, and just keep being strong and resolute.

You've got what it takes to succeed at this, and you should be so proud of what you've already done.

You're a wonderful inspiration Angela, and your stepdaughter has a great rolemodel to learn from in you.

WELL DONE, and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

:-) :-)
