I hate when i forget things. I swear sometimes if my head was not attached, i would leave it at home. I was on the subway when i remembered....i forgot my protien powder w/glutamine and the shaker bottle at home! I was soo pissed. so today after my workout, i didnt have my shake. not a good way to start off a shitty rainy wednesday!
And i dont know if its the weather getting nicer but the gym is starting to get more crowded in the morning....and im not liking it one bit! When i have been going in the morning, there are like maybe 8-10 people in there including me and the workers. Its wonderful. Now im starting to see more people....on my machines and in my way....lol....
I need my own gym.....oh that is what i should do! Open a gym.....that would be wonderful! And then i could hire trainers who actually know what they are doing when they help people! Sorry, i hate Ballys....i really do.....and there is no where else to go.....which sucks!
Since im constantly looking for changes in my body, what is really pissing me off is my little pooch belly. Not the top, just the bottom part. Will this fat ever go away? And also the fat on my back, and my thighs...etc..... no seriously, i want a flat stomach more than anything. I know it takes time.....I want my stomach to look like Amy's! Is that too much to ask???

Yes it takes time, but you WILL get there, so no fretting misses okay :-).

Angela - if you are consistent, you will reach your goals. It takes time, it take patience and it takes hard work. If you want it bad enough to put the time, patience and work into it, you will get your results :)
And, for the record, it took me two years to get the stomach I have today. Go check out my blog for proof :)
I agree with Amyella 100%....people who successfully change the shape of their bodies know it's not going to happen over night but if you continue to give it your all you will be rewarded in the end...like I've said~you got to love fighting the fight...and I'll add...to look tight :)
I get tripped up sometimes when I have been doing awesome for like say 2 months or so...it feels like I have been doing it for years and dammit why am I not "there" yet?? LOL Your last pictures are awesome....those changes are amazing and probably even more progress has been made since then. I['m inmpatient too and its hard but you've got it in the bag.
Slow and steady that's the plan and you'll get there - although you're kicking butt and blowing past the slow part. We all have our spots - abs are easy for me (although I still have a little pooch at the bottom too) my a$$ is what I need to go away.
I hear you--I too fell victim to the big uterus (I like that, April). Just try to stay focused, it WILL disappear!
We have a home gym--if you have the space, you can find some nice equipment on closeouts and sales.
