Today i begin week 9. I cannot believe that I have been working with Tony for 9 weeks already! Time flies when your having fun i guess! I have a weigh in on Saturday, which i hope is good. Especially since it will be two weeks since my last one! I should take pictures too for the end of week 8. I will see.
Workouts have been great. I continue to try and add weight for every exercise and try to push myself out of my usual range...even if its only for 4-6 reps.

My pants are really loose and that makes me happy. I may finally be able to stop wearing this size altogether!
I remember reading April's post of when she tried on a size 4 and they fit....when that happens to me, i will probably cry from happiness in the dressing room....lol!
Oh and the nicest thing happened to me yesterday at the gym....there is this woman that i see all the time, we just say hi or smile to each other, well yesterday, she stopped me and told me how great i looked and that she could really see a difference in my body since i started. I said "really???" and I think i thanked her a thousand times!! I was smiling for a while after that.....someone saying something so simple can mean sooo much to a person. She totally made my day :)

That's awesome about the woman at the gym. I try to make a point of telling people things like that when I think it because I know what it would mean to me to hear it, but it's hard - I don't talk to strangers very well (except in blogs) so I don't do it as often as I should. Also good for you for saying thank you and not dismissing it, which I tend to do, and say something like how much further I have to go. Yeah!
Compliments are great! Sometimes I think we all have that body disorder and we still see our "fat" weight in the mirror. It's always good to be reminded Oh yeah I am smaller than I use to be!!
I'm sure if you took picutres of yourself now Angela, and saw the ones you did some time back, you'd probably see the difference others have noticed.
It's probably easier for people too, who only see someone like you once or twice a week, as they aren't often looking at minute changes all the time, which someone like you would be on a daily basis, which might make you less aware of those changes, when you often see their minute and progressive effects.
Whatever happens, feel proud of yourself, keep smiling, and keep loving your body like you're doing.
You are really an inspiration, and I'm so happy for you. You are one of those people who deserves to feel good, and you've well and truly earned it, so be strong, keep at it, and just remind yourself, that you are a good looking woman, and if it helps, that for every lb of weight you lose, you gain a lb of beauty.
