I looked this weekend and SuperTarget didn't have it, darn it.Tony has told me not too much, if at all. I use 2X as much water and have 1-2 glasses a day when I'm struggling with water, so I don't sweat it.
It's supposed to be a sugar trigger like diet soda and such. I was having horrible cravings for crystal lite so i have had to cut it out:(
