Well actually i did enjoy it a bit too much but my belly didnt take to well to the abundance of food and sweets.....i was in pain all night.....i do not know how people eat that crap every day. Now that i am eating clean, putting my body through eating crap just isn't worth it to me. I overindulged since it has been 8 weeks since i have had anything remotely bad in my system and easter just put me over the edge! Do you know what i want for my next cheat meal??? Sushi....that is all i want.....
I had my weigh in on saturday....my weight was the same.....119.5.....i was a little disappointed since i had did 2 no carb days thursday and friday.
I have to talk to Tony to see about losing more. Actually i have to start doing more cardio...which i dont want to do, but i know that will help.
Hope everyone had a happy easter, got all the easter candy out of the house and is back on track! Damn the easter bunny....lol

Isn't it amazing how you learn how bad that crap is for you. I just had my ice cream and was feeling pretty bloated and a little nauseous just from that.
Angela, don't worry okay. These things sometimes happen, you're human, and it's okay to be human :-).
As for the weight loss plateau, give things time, there are potentially many things that can affect weight loss progress.
Reduced Fat metabolisation from lowered water intake, this might also be coupled with increased temperatures, leading to increased sweating.
Abdominal Fat gains, caused by increased Cortisol production due to stress.
Lack of or improper Cardio.
Also as I said some time ago, if you accidentally weighed last thing at night, not first thing in the morning as normal, you will get a false reading, because of things like undigested food, urine and excreta, increasing the numbers.
There's probably other factors like being sedentary, if your Gym was closed over the weekend, and probably other ones I can't think of too.
As long as you keep calm, don't stress about it, just be patient and try not to let little things get you down, you'll be fine :-).
You might lose more weight next time just doing as you are doing. This could just be a temporary blip, so be strong, and just keep believing in yourself, and what you're doing.
You are doing FANTASTICALLY, and you deserve to be proud of yourself, and deserve to feel amazing.
WELL DONE, and keep going. I'm really happy for you, and I hope you're happy for you too, you should be.
:-) :-).
Matt
I ate a little too much too:( The past is the past though and we'll burn all that junk off this week!
I did the detox and then no carb weekend a couple of weeks ago and lost an 1/8 of a pound??? I know it's disturbing but look how far you've come in this short amount of time already. It'll get better for us both:)
I so understand your frustration when the scale doesn't drop. Tony had me do 2 no-carb days and a detox day (basically liquid only) and I actually went up 0.5 lb! I was so irritated I actually wrote a post about it. If you are hitting all your workouts and your diet, you'll get there -- just like I will :-)
