3/18

I didn't update yesterday....yesterday was shoulders.....my favorite :) Hopefully they are growing little by little...

I came home from work and i so did not want to move! I came in, opened the mail, sat on the couch and fell backwards! I laid on the couch and adam came home and asked if i was ok...i said yeah, just tired.....he asked if i was doing cardio...i said i dont want to...he said "go do it" so he had to run back out and i laid there a few more minutes and i got up....i went upstairs to get changed and i said let me look at my suit....tony has been bugging me for pics..i guess i should take some...so i put it on.....NOT GOOD!!! I was almost in tears but i stopped myself....this was all my doing...im the one that ate like a freaking pig during the holidays and didn't give two shits what i looked like and what i would look like later....so i got mad at myself and kicked myself and and i did 50 minutes of cardio...i actually broke it up into 30 minutes before dinner and 20 minutes at around 8:00. Pictures did not get taken! Couldn't do it. He is going to have to wait.

This morning i had chest and i did some abs....i did my warmup on the elliptical for 10 minutes....tonight i have to do another 45 minutes of cardio....Adam wont be home tonight...its his monthly dinner he has with his friends......so i will be able to move at my own pace which is nice. I always feel like i have to stop what im doing so i can make dinner and then switch my schedule up....i may even be able to throw an episode of LOST on ABC.com...and watch that during cardio....it makes the time go by much faster!!! And i usually stay on longer too :)

I also cut down my oatmeal in the morning from 1 cup cooked to 2/3 cup....i want to really try and watch my carbs to see if it makes a difference????

So here i am...14.5 weeks out.....i was trying to look at my schedule....i will be 12 weeks out easter weekend....i will not do any cheats until easter....and that will be my last one....because at 12 weeks out....that is crunch time....cause that 12 weeks will FLY!!!

I still have to figure out what to do about my suit. I got some swatches from CC fitwear...she is going to send me some tops to try on so i can see the cuts on them....cause even with the underwire that i had on my other suit, i was still popping out all over...i dont know how these tops fit without any support.....we shall see!!!!!!

I also am trying to cut down on carbs a bit and find that if I mix some protein powder in a half or quarter cup of oatmeal it makes me just as full but with less oats! Good luck!!

Yeah, I know you're troubles. I cut out oatmeal a long time ago because of that and it worked. I've gotta eat a ton of veggies I think to replace it...but it works.

Are you drinking any aspartame at all? I nixed that and started losing quite a bit of weight. :)

Lowering Carbs should theoretically have a positive effect.

You could also if not doing so, try Coconut Oil, as the Medium Chain Fatty Acids don't operate like conventional Lipids, they convert to energy, so any possible fatigue feelings off lower Carb, might be resolved to some extent, but you still might get a slightly increased Fat shedding impact, particularly if the C O has any bearing on Fat levels.
