I am the worst blogger ever....LOL! Time just flies and i read everyone's blogs and i never post myself!
Well lets recap.....
Friday---came home, did cardio, cleaned, made dinner....we had angelica so after dinner we watched ANTM together :)
Saturday---cardio, abs, went to the mall, ate dinner, started watching Sex and the City on HBO then Adam came home and we watched Quantum of Solace....it was pretty good...i liked the first one better....
Sunday---cardio, cleaned a little, cooked, hung around...god, i cant even remember what i did! LOL!
Monday--shoulders, 30 minutes of cardio-PM, made dinner, watched Heroes and went to bed.
Man, my life is so exciting! LOL!
Today was leg day! Tonight we are going to my sister's for dinner. I have to see my baby!!! I miss him....My mom is making turkey so thats safe for me to eat.....then i will go home and do my cardio! Blech! LOL!
Double cardio sessions will be coming soon....fun huh? Im going to start with 3xs a week for 30 minutes in the morning and do every night after work for about 45 minutes....see how that goes for a week or two and how my body handles that...and then we will take it from there....im still pretty far out (12 weeks) so i dont want to overload myself too much! I also want to try and incorporate some plyometrics into my weekly routine....my ass needs all the work it can get!
Diet is going good....my only little slip is eating popcorn...which isnt terrible..it could be worse...it could be chocolate! But the salt isn't doing me any good...so i really have to watch it.
My last cheat meal will be Easter. Which is next week..i am not going to go crazy and eat a solid chocolate bunny or a pound of M&Ms or anything...i promise :) But i am going to eat dinner with the family like a normal person.....well as normal as i can be :)
Its period week...i didn't get it yet....it should be here any day...but i have no symptoms of it?? Weird...my body goes from one extreme to the other....some months im a bloated cow and my boobs are gigantic and this month...nothing! I had to actually check the date when i had it last because i didn't even realize when it was due! Not that im complaining that im not a bloated mess or anything.....but maybe the cardio is helping with the bloat???
I went tanning yesterday..I didn't go at all last week..which was fine...but im paying for it, i should at least go 1-2xs a week!
Question about supplements.....most of the ones i take, im supposed to take 3xs a day (with meals) why cant i remember to take them??? How does everyone remember???? Dinner is the worst! I never remember! Im always so busy trying to get dinner cooked and on the table before it gets cold and im usually starving by that point too, so i never remember to take them!
Any little tips to get them in???

leave them out on the counter where you know you will see them while preparing a meal..that is the only way i can remember to take mine haha
I carry a pill box with little sections labeled for each meal.
I dont remember supps well either...LOL
I'm actually a worse blogger than most.
I used to be brimming with stuff to say, as reading my blog entries from 2 years ago would testify, sometimes to the point where i'd post 2,3,4 times a week, even if occasionally some of it looked like the ramlbings of a maniac.
Now I find it a challenge to post even once a week, and normally I'd give some heads ups to people every month, which in March I forgot to do.
Just one of those things. I don't feel bad about this, but sometimes you will find if all you can write about, is how yucky the weather is, or something else mundane, you'll either do it, or feel less inclined to post, for fear of coming across as increasingly dull :-p :-p.
So I wouldn't worry about it. It's not necessarily about what you write about yourself for others to read, but what you write about them for them to read.
Just to know that once or twice a week even, you do look, and then you comment, shows what they mean to you, and how you value them, and that's sometimes the best thing for the individual.
Just little things, that make them realise what they are doing is worthwhile and has purpose, instead of them thinking they're writing about stuff, to a non-existent audience.
It's not solely what you're doing here that matters, but what you're doing within the bigger picture.
You're a great person Angela, so I hope all your future goals and hopes come true.
You're proving all the time, you deserve it.
