monday already

Well the weekend was a blur again and i got nothing accomplished as always...

today was leg day! My second favorite to shoulders :) I pressed 275 on the leg press today! YIPPEE! It must be the Superpump 250! Which i found out today due to April telling me via Tony...that it could cause bloat and weight gain.....which brings me to...

Me this morning having a breakdown because my pants were so freaking tight i was going to cry and call it quits.....so i emailed T and he said yes it could cause 3-4 pound weight gain! So i think im going to continue doing it until im 12 weeks out.....which is 3 more weeks.....and, hopefully i will have added a tiny bit more muscle??? And then at 12 weeks out i will take it out of my morning ritual :)

Is anyone else taking it and noticed the bloat???? Has it helped with muscle gain?

He wants pics this week.....i said you dont want no pics of this bloated mess!!

I think a lot of those supps cause the bloating. Watch out for aspartame. That makes it hard to lose weight because it makes ur liver a "fatty liver." After I quit drinking aspartame products, I started dropping lbs like flies after about 2 weeks!!! It's probably just the supp!!!

The bloating will probably be down to the two types of Creatine.

Especially Monohydrate, that is known to cause 6-10lbs of water weight, but if there's not as much Creatine per dose in the supplement, as you'd normally get with Creatine Mono on it's own, then that would probably lower the water retention.

I'm not really in favour of women taking Creatine supps that much just because I feel there might be a possible slight problem in that "on week", but that's just my gut feeling, not something backed by science.

Take care and best wishes.

I don't know anything about them but I agree with Jodi (at least from what I've heard) that they cause a lot of bloating. Just remember that if you keep your workouts going well (YAY on the leg press!!) and eat lots of healthy foods you'll meet your goals. :)

Of course I know you know this...i'm not much help am I?
