I cannot believe that in less than 2 days i will be flying out to go to the Arnold again! I cannot wait!!!I have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO TINA AND STACEY WHO WILL BE COMPETING IN THE ARNOLD AMATEUR ON THURSDAY!!! I am so proud and excited for both of you!!! You both have worked so hard and i cannot wait to scream my head off for each of you from the audience :) You are rockstars!!!!!!!!!!!
As far as my training goes....yesterday was legs and today was shoulders....my two favorites :)
Eating has been good except for some nut mix.....i cannot have that shit in the house or i eat it!
I have also decided that i just need to become a hermit and not go out for meals with anyone....even my family who think they are eating healthy...really are eating better, but not to my version.....all food must go with me from now on.....
I didn't get any extra cardio in yesterday except for shoveling snow...yes we got about 6 inches or so yesterday.....and adam was at work late so i had to do it my self.....so i got some cardio in....LOL!

As for not going out with family and friends, I know Jenny Lynn said she told her family and friends she couldn't be social during contest prep - that was the only way she could stay clean. :( How do the pros do it????
