This morning started off rough for some reason....i was so sleepy and did not want to get out of bed. Adam was behind schedule too which threw it off also. I wound up not getting out of bed until 6:15 and i had to get stuff together for my day. He wound up not getting into the shower until 6:35 and we usually leave the house by 6:50..so i was late...in the morning, this is what i usually do
get up go to the bathroom, wash face and teeth
get dressed in gym clothes
go down and let dog out
cook my egg whites
get my clothes for work and put them in my bag
put mine and adam's food in containers for work
take out my water, shaker bottle and put that in my gym bag
make sure i have my ipod and whatever else i may need
make him a protein shake
lock up the house and go
Well today all that was 15 minutes or so behind....and then me and adam got into it because he was so late.....pissed me off....he usually drives me to the subway.....it saves me about 10 minutes of walking....so i can get to the gym faster.....we were going back and forth and he was telling me that if i want to complain about him being late there is nothing stopping me from leaving before him.....i can walk...its not cold out he says....i know this...its just that it saves me time when he drives me...plus i dont have to carry the 3 bags on my back for an addiional 15 minutes! Plus its dark out! LOL!!! So, needless to say, i walked to the subway and i didnt get to the gym until 7:25!!!!!! Mind you im usually there by 7...so by all this mess up in the morning, it cost me 25 minutes of working out! I was not a happy camper!!! I got it all done....with a 5 minute warm up instead of 10 and no cool down......today was back and it wasn't too much...only 4 or 5 different exercises so it wasnt really long......but tonight i have to make sure i get all my cardio done.....
So that was my morning! I want to go to sleep!
I just took 2 xenidrine samples....i dont like them....they do nothing for me! Im still tired!!! I will take my meltdown before i do my cardio :) I like them!
This day is dragging big time too! I was starving after lunch....like an hour after i ate....so i had a protien bar in my drawer....i broke a piece off i had to...i was starving for some reason....i still have 45 minutes till my "protien frosting" YUMMM!!!!
Oh and my lazy ass didn't do cardio last night when i came home.....yes i know, i suck!

I'm sorry you had such a rough morning - that totally sucks and it doesn't help arguing with your SO on top of it. It's nice of you to get everything ready for Adam as well and I KNOW how it feels to get to a gym late and then have it cut into your workout time...but at least you got it all finished! That's the important thing. :) Hopefully it's just one of those "off days" and you'll bounce back to normal tomorrow. I think when your sleep schedule gets messed up it also affects your hunger & fullness levels..maybe that's why you're hungrier than normal?
Hell I'm just throwing stuff out there...LOL..
I'm sure you'll be fine. I won't comment on the Xenadrine though :-p :-p.
