Im in a really good mood today for some reason ;)
Today i had a great chest workout....well great for me considering i hate working chest....
I didn't get cardio in last night...went to my sister's for dinner to see the baby..i was a good girl...just had turkey and broccoli and some salad.....
So tonight i must get my cardio in! I feel like a fluff ball even though im in a good mood too....Im due for my period any day now...so im a lot fluffier right now.
I have been doing lunges down the hallway at work on the way back from the bathroom...LOL! And i have been going to the bathroom constantly...so i have done at least 6 sets of 10....hehehe!!!
Getting my water in.....i need more though......im not sure how much im getting in right now. I need to keep track better....
I guess thats all i got right now.....happy wednesday :)

Great job on the lunges girlie.Those are the best for me when I'm trying to not make my legs bigger but work on the butt!! :D
I think tonight I'm going to let myself have some carbs then head into the gym around 8 (I've been once already) and then hit the deadlifts and push presses heavier and do more (yeah more) cardio afterwards...I've done 40 intense mins so far today, but I could stand for more LOL!
