Thursday

Hello!!!

Had a great back workout this morning :) Got in 60 minutes of cardio last night too :) Split into 2 30 minute sessions but at least i went back down after dinner ;)

Today i have to do another 45-60 minutes when i get home....im just making a simple chicken and shrimp stir fry for dinner so that wont take me long to cook :)

I feel like im having a harder time losing weight this time around... i know its all my fault because i ate like a pig over the holidays and im totally paying for it now, but it just seems like its harder for some reason???

I really need to step it up....calories in, calories out.....seems simple....but when your not burning enough (maybe im not??) that could be my problem????

food intake so far:

M1-post workout shake
M2-3 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
M3-turkey, string beans
M4-chicken, string beans
M5-protein frosting ;)
M6 (will be) chicken, shrimp, veggies...stir fry.....and a salad
M7-(if hungry) protein shake/frosting or sugar free jello cup and a cup of decaf

so my food is basically the same every day.....minus my little mishaps with popcorn the other day....so it isn't like im eating bad....maybe i need to push myself physically a little more???

I have to talk to Tony today...well im supposed to anyway....

CC fitwear emailed me back today...she is supposed to send me 3 different style tops for me to try on.....but she needs a big deposit for her to send them to me and i dont have any money to do that right now....so unfortunately im going to have to hold off on that....

Im trying to be positive....i will get there.....

right????

I know how you feel about the losing weight thing. Try doing more intense cardio that gets your HR up to about 180. When I do super long amounts of cardio I tend to do easier cardio...which doesn't help me lose weight at all. I gotta keep it intense or go home LOL!!!

As for the suit tops, I think you'll be fine with just a big regular top, but you will have to wear it just a little more SNUG than someone like me so that the bottoms of the top piece will stay against your skin....lots of times you see girls wearing suits to where you can see the bottom of their boob (bad bad bad). Just gotta tighten the straps is all, and it corrects that fine. :)

I just wanted to drop by and say hi - I'm sure you will look fabulous for your comp!! Your meal plan looks great and I'm sure the weight will start dropping off soon. It always seems SO easy to put it on and at the time when we face temptation it's like, "screw it" and then afterwards I always look back and think, "Ugh..WHY?!?" LOL..
