Tuesday

Well its tuesday....leg day for me....and i really worked my glutes and hamstrings hard!!! I loved it!!!

I added some leg exercises from Gina Alliotti's DVD into my routine this morning and i am going to be sore tomorrow and the next day! And the next day...

So i changed my blog again but i didn't lose anything this time (thanks Becca) i think its fun :)

So here we are......80 days out??? I think my little countdown says???

Eating was 100% until this afternoon....damn co-worker bought popcorn :( So of course i had to stick my grubby hands in the bag! I suck...i know....but i have gum in my mouth now so no more popcorn!!! I promise :)

Last night i got in 30 minutes of cardio...tonight i will definitely do an hour......i want to try and cook dinner as soon as i get home and then eat and digest a bit and then get on there.....im going to aim for 7-8:00 so then do what i need to do....relax for a bit with hubby :)

I was trying to figure out what else i could incorporate in my daily exercise routine.....i think im going to try and add some plyometrics in....some jump squats and such. It cant hurt right???? oh and some donkey kicks for the bootay!!!

water intake is good....supplements so far so good today....i remembered to take them.

I guess thats all i have for today :)
