So the week is almost over....im ending week 9 of my prep which by the way is not going well. My weight is up today for some reason and its just pissing me off! Come on...im supposed to be getting leaner here people!!!

Im trying not to get down about it....i did do heavy legs yesterday so that could be it too...i dont know, but what i do know is that i need to lose a lot of weight and i honestly cant see it happening that quickly...im not going to stop and give up but it is really hard for me right now to keep this up! I just have to keep remembering how badly i want this and that it isn't going to happen overnight. I may not be ready by the end of june but there are other shows that i could do in the area later in the summer. I will get there...better than before :)

I know im not doing all that i could be doing either. I need to go above and beyond to see changes....i need more focus and drive.

Today i had a great back workout. I didn't get up for EMC this morning but i got in an hour last night! I really really love lifting...that is never an issue...i could do that for hours and hours....its the darn cardio that eats my energy. I just have to suck it up and be a big girl and do it! Right?

I have been listening to a lot of the podasts still. i love them! I listened to Cynthia's (Visionquester) this morning :) Danitza Denn's yesterday....and Allision Eithier's too. They are so great! And they make the time on the treadmll go by a little easier :)

Well im trying to stay positive and happy and focused.....i will do this :) I love it too much!

At lunch i did the fire stairs again :) 23-28 down to 15 with 3 pulses on each leg back up to 28 and then back down to 15 again and ended back up at 23 :)

You KNOW legs will make the weight go up too silly! We need to agree to only weigh once a week...think we'd stick to that ;)
