Hello :) Its almost friday!! YAY!

Anyway....my lazy butt snoozed too much this morning and i missed doing my EMC :( Yes i know, i suck and im stupid but hey, it happens.....cant go back in time....i had a great back workout at the gym this morning though! I did get in 80 minutes last night too...watched two episodes of LOST on ABC.com :)

Tonight is more cardio....lucky me! I know you are all jealous and you all want to do more too! LOL!!

Nothing else exciting going on.....but why is it so hard for me (or just women in general) to build muscle? I want/need more desperately!!!! Come on body!!!! Cooperate!!!!!

Adam said as i was getting changed for bed last night that he can tell that im leaning out :) My waist always leans out nicely....now if my butt would just follow.....

Yeah!!!!! And don't worry you start building it out of nowhere and then your like...not sure I want that much muscle...it's creepy when it starts happening...but at the same time awesome :) Just do the mental work in the gym...the muscle will follow :)

I wish there was a store we could go pick up the muscle from. :) I am worried that I won't be ready for my show for that exact reason- not enough and looking thin ? we shall see. keep at it Angela

The way I understand things....to build muscle YOU MUST EAT! You don't build muscle while creating a calorie deficit.

Obviously, since I am not a trainer....I will just say that its my opinion.

Hey Angela I saw that you joined my blog welcome :-) I'm actually going to be at your show. I have a friend who was going to do that show but decided not to but now I have another reason to come (you!). Hope you're having a good day.
PS- Do you live in Pennsylvania? Who's your trainer?

I thought you were dieting for a show? Muscle building is done off season.

Trust me on this one... I tried like HELL to get my right leg to put on 2 inches once I noticed the asymmetry... it was too late into the dieting process to happen.

I mean HELL.
