Anyway....

Well I made it to the gym on Wednesday even though i was exhausted. I actually had a really good workout and it woke me up! The only thing is that i HATE my gym. I really do. I wish that there was another gym that actually had the proper equipment and weights to do a proper workout. It was upper body day, so i did chest and back on the machines. I did the bicep curl machine and then i went over to the free weight area so i could finish my biceps, do triceps and shoulders. All of the lighter weights were gone(dont ask me where the hell they were) and there was only a pair of 10s, a pair of 15s, and 20s. Im not that strong yet to be able to curl a 20 pound dumbell! Not yet anyway ;) So, of course, i get aggrevated and go back to the machine area to try and do more machines. Its just aggrevating! Oh and then you get the moron men who just decide to stand there and talk! And then you feel stupid trying to use a bench cause they are standing in front of it bullshitting. And dont even get me started on the workers!
Anyway, enough of me venting. my food intake yesterday(thursday):
M1: Zucchini Oat Bar
M2: Zucchini Oat Bar
M3: Peanut Thai Chicken(no rice)
M4: Special K protein bar(pretty good, not that much protien, 10g, but tasty :)
M5: Baked chicken, mashed sweet potatos, string beans, salad
Workout: Cardio
25 minutes treadmill
25 minutes bike
Today:
M1: Zucchini oat bar, coffee
M2: Zucchini oat bar
M3: lean cusine panini, SF pudding
M4: Protien bar
M5: not sure yet
I really have no plans this weekend :( I want to get to the gym sat and sunday to do at least cardio. Adam wants to take a ride to Atlantic City tonight but it is sooo cold out, i dont know if i even feel like going. All that i do is lose money when i go. I dont even spend that much money but i NEVER win...ever! I suck! So other than that, i have no plans.

You're doing great.

That's what it takes, determination even when you're aggravated. You know, one day at the gym the weights I needed were gone, too, so I went ahead and used the heavier weights. It was hard, but it also helps increase your strength, especially when you're ticked off. lol

Hi there ... I wandered over here from Amy's blog and I see that you too have become a Zucchini Oat Bar addict ! Aren't those things awesome ?!? So simple & tasty and good for you !

Keep up the good work. I *really* enjoy following people's fitness blogs and am considering starting up my own, just for fun.

Good post; although when I go to the gem, the women are always the one chatter, either on the phone or to each other. I guess we're looking at it from different perspectives. I enjoyed reading the post. Keep it up.
