Well now you all can see why i need to lose weight. That is me with my sister on christmas. She is like 4 inches taller than me and i guess by the angle it was taken, she is crouched down to meet me. I am the cow on the right. Do you see the size of my stomach and ass????? This picture made me cry. But i made myself not erase it from my camera just so i can get angry at myself to tell myself....this is what happens when you eat crap all day long!

The Beginning of the End

Hi Angela!
Well I think you are just a doll! And even though you're not at your ideal weight you've got a nice shape. At our height just a couple pounds makes a difference, so don't get discouraged if the loss is a little slower than you'd like. Every fraction of a pound counts! Keep up the good work!!
